In order to factory reset your Airdopes 201- go to the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device, find your Airdopes 201 and select 'forget'.

On your Airdopes 201,

Step 1: Place both the earbuds back into the charging case in correct orientation to switch them off and wait for the LED to emit red light.

Step 2: Triple press the MFB on both Left and Right earbuds to perform the factory reset until the indicator flashes with alternate red & blue LED

Step 3: Shut the lid of the charging case and then re-open it again
