Satisfied with the product

Product is good. Sound effect is also good. The only drawback is the estimated delivery date is not right. Though it is understandable, it would be better if you've an automated message mechanism to convey the delay to customers like few other platforms are doing.

Good utility product in terms of dual connectivity and sound quality. But wires quality and overall build quality in average, could have been better. Simple look, and wire length is comparatively long, could have been more compact.
